Meet Danielle

I’m Danielle Mills, certified Infant and Toddler Sleep Consultant with 4 littles of my own. When I had my first baby, my husband was in the middle of medical residency and working over 80 hours a week. I was caring for our newborn alone at night and had to get my baby to sleep. Two years later, I had triplets! The necessity for sleep was at an all-time high.  After successfully sleep training my own children, I realized how life-changing it was for our entire family to be well-rested. I decided to get certified to help other families thrive. When sleep is a challenge for babies, it affects the whole family. With a lot of misconceptions and misinformation about sleep training, parents need help. I’m here to give you reliable strategies, accurate information, and the support and encouragement you need to reach your sleep goals.

We offer a range of custom sleep packages based on your desired level of support throughout the sleep training process. Our packages are designed for children 4 months to 4 years old, and all consultation services are provided virtually. For newborn packages and in-home consultations, please contact us. 

  • Slumber Fix | $99

    Perfect if… You’re experiencing a specific sleep issue. This package will give you a strategy to remedy a single, obvious problem such as a sleep regression, weaning issue, or nap transition. It does not require in-depth analysis or ongoing support.

    Having completed my certification from the renowned The Cradle Coach Academy, recognized by the Association of Professional Sleep Consultants, I have extensive training and experience, which allows me to provide my clients with the highest standard of care and sleep training practices.

    When we work together, rest assured that your sleep training experience will be personal. I understand that every baby and family is unique. I take the time to get to know you and your little one so that I can create a fully custom, comprehensive sleep plan that allows your baby to succeed and empowers you in your parenting journey.   • Sleep is an essential foundation for a child's overall health and well-being. Research shows that adequate sleep affects a child’s mood, cognitive performance, learning and memory, physical growth, and vocabulary acquisition. When a child suffers from a chronic lack of sleep, they are more likely to experience decreased immunity, inability to focus and learn, and are at increased risk of developing diabetes, obesity, and high blood pressure as an adult.

  • Formal sleep training should not occur until your baby is 4 months old and/or 12 pounds. However, it is never too early to begin laying a healthy sleep foundation while still enjoying those newborn snuggles!   • No. You can continue breastfeeding your baby during and after sleep training.

  • The short answer is yes. However, several variables to consider are your child’s age, personality, and the method you choose. One important thing to remember is that children typically protest any change, even when the change is positive and healthy.

    As your baby learns independent sleep skills, you can guide their growth by responding in a timely, loving, and supportive manner; this is not cry-it-out. My commitment to you is to limit crying as much as possible. When I create your sleep plan, I prioritize your preferences and comfort level so you feel confident and empowered to help your baby succeed.

  • Absolutely not! This is one of the biggest misconceptions about sleep training. There is a broad spectrum of sleep training methods. Some families prefer using gentle sleep training techniques, while others prefer to use strategies with less parental support. When we work together, I will walk you through several sleep training options based on your child’s needs and parenting philosophy to help determine the best method for your family.

  • While every child is different, I find my clients see a vast improvement in their child’s sleep within the first week of training and typically achieve all of their sleep goals by the end of the second week.
